Rolled Gold Bangle

A very nice rolled gold vintage bangle or bracelet.

High grade 18ct bonded gold with a lovely rich colour.

Rolled gold is made by fusing a plate of gold to a base metal, usually copper and then
rolling the metal to the required thickness before forming in to the piece of jewellery.
This is a different process to gold plating which is a thin layer of gold applied by electroplating
to a finished article.

The thickness of the gold is guaranteed at 20 microns.

Attractive bright cut engraved scrolling design.

Positive press mechanism box catch with safety chain and strong hinge.

Standard size, slight oval, 60 x 54 mm internal diameters.
 
In very good all round condition with only light surface marking and no dents.
