Terms and Conditions

These guarantees and terms are given without affecting your statutory rights under British law.

We promise to process your order with due care and attention.

If we have failed in this respect we will refund your purchase price on return of goods in original unused condition.

We guarantee the purity of the precious metals we use, which is backed up by the independent British hallmarking system.

If the goods purchased are substandard, differ from the description given or are not what you want, you may cancel your order in writing,within fourteen working days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price (on return of goods in original unused condition).

Please note that commissions and special orders are not refundable.

Postage and packing costs are only refundable if Welded Bliss is in error.

If you have reason for complaint we will deal with this quickly.

Welded Bliss and Sterling Charms are compliant with the following consumer legislation:

The Sale of Goods Act 1979

The Trade descriptions Act 1968

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

As well as the trade regulations of the British Jeweller's Association.

Children

This website is not intended for persons under the age of 18 years.

Children should not attempt to order products listed on this site. We do not seek to collect data from children.

Returns

Items returned should be include original packaging where possible and sent by a method which guarantees safe delivery.

Welded Bliss recommends Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please inform us before making a return to avoid delays.

Prices

Whilst we endeavour to keep prices stable, the precious metal market is prone to fluctuation and we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

However in any case the price listed at time of order will be the price you pay.

Quotations will be valid for 72 hours unless the metal market moves by more than 5% within this period.

All prices on this website are in pounds sterling, conversions from other currencies will be made at the prevailing rate.

The sale contract will be in English.

Postal charges may be added to the purchase price, which will be stated prior to checkout. Please see our delivery section above for current charges.

The representation of goods

Every effort is made to correctly represent all goods; however photographs are not intended to be to scale and should not be seen as such.

Colours should also be seen as broadly representative and not precise.

The weights stipulated on this website are for guidance and are considered to be accurate; however we set a tolerance of 5% above or below stated weights.

Liability

The liability of Welded Bliss in regard to this website covers orders made herein in accordance with the guarantees given and current consumer standards laid down by the various consumer and trading acts mentioned above.

Other than this the website owners and their agents will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, through the use of this website or any external links referred to.

Any other information given on this website should be seen as a matter of opinion and the owners give no warranty over the use or otherwise of the content contained within this website, other than the use of this website by a consumer under ‘The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977’.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2000.

We will not contact you in the future, other than in regard to a current order, unless you have given us your consent.

The payment systems are through Stripe or Paypal, managed on secure servers.
